April Bolding holds a doctorate in physical therapy, is an author, childbirth educator, birth doula, fitness instructor, presenter, and mother. She is a physical therapist who specializes in Women’s Health and Maya Abdominal Therapy.
She is co-author of Pregnancy, Childbirth, and the Newborn and a contributing author to Our Bodies, Ourselves: Pregnancy and Birth. She has published articles and poetry in professional journals and magazines.
Her passion is connecting with women of all ages to heal, nurture and celebrate the Sacred Feminine within them and the Earth Mother. All her degrees, certifications, professional and life experience provide the foundation for her therapeutic practice, but it is her intuition combined with the wise knowledge of her client that guides how she applies them. She enjoys being a Girl Scout leader, where she and the troop work on building courage, confidence and character to make the world a better place. She also likes to laugh a lot.
