Ellen Sue Stern is the founder of Expecting Change Workshops, president of Stern Literary Consulting, and the acclaimed author of seventeen books with nearly a million copes in print. Drawing on her own life experiences, she wrote Expecting Change: Your Guide to the Emotional Journey of Pregnancy as well as other books on marriage, pregnancy, motherhood, divorce, midlife, and grieving. Ellen Sue’s writing has appeared in Self, Cosmopolitan, Claire, and Parenting magazines. She has appeared on Oprah, Montel, and Sally Jesse Raphaël. In 2002 she became a national celebrity ambassador for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She has two grown children and lives in Minneapolis.
