About Penny Warner
Penny Warner has published over forty books for parents and kids featuring parties, games, activities, and child development. Her books include 365 Baby Care Tips and 365 Toddler Tips. Penny has a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s degree in special education. She teaches child development courses at Diablo Valley College and has taught special education at Chabot College and infant/toddler development at Ohlone College. Penny has been a regular guest on several San Francisco television talk shows and has appeared on national television presenting tips for parents and kids. She has also been featured on PBS’s Parent Sense series, HGTV’s Smart Solutions, and The Later Today Show. Penny wrote a weekly newspaper column on family life for eleven years and currently writes for Fisher-Price.com, DrSpock.com, iParty.com, and SIGNews.com. She lives in Danville, California, with her husband and two children.
